Last updated: 12 August 2026. This policy explains what Pink AI collects when you use pinkai.run, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we arePink AI operates the website pinkai.run and the companion chat service described on it. Where this policy says "we", "us" or "Pink AI", it means the operator of that service. Where it says "you", it means anyone visiting the site or using a Pink AI account.
2. Scope of this policyThis policy covers the Pink AI website, the chat interface and any account you create with us. It does not cover third-party websites you may reach from Pink AI, each of which publishes its own privacy terms.
3. ConsentBy using Pink AI you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to the handling of information described in it. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
4. Account informationWhen you register, Pink AI stores the identifier you sign up with, such as an email address, together with a hashed password or the token issued by a sign-in provider you choose to use.
5. Profile preferencesChoices you make inside Pink AI — the girl you select, personality settings, language and interface preferences — are stored so your experience is consistent between visits.
6. Conversation contentMessages you exchange with a Pink AI companion are stored against your account so conversations can continue where they stopped. They are not published, sold or made visible to other users.
7. Technical dataLike most websites, Pink AI records technical details automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device category, operating system, referring page and the time of each request.
8. Usage dataWe record aggregate signals such as which pages are opened, how long sessions last and which features are used. This helps us find broken flows and slow pages.

21. RetentionAccount and conversation data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
22. Deleting a conversationYou can clear an individual Pink AI conversation from inside the chat. Cleared conversations stop being used to continue context.
23. Deleting an accountYou may request deletion of your Pink AI account at any time. Once completed, your profile, preferences and stored conversations are removed from active systems.
24. Access and portabilityYou may ask for a copy of the personal data Pink AI holds about you in a common, machine-readable format.
25. CorrectionIf information we hold about you is wrong or out of date, you can ask us to correct it, or edit it yourself in your account settings where the field is editable.
26. Objection and restrictionWhere local law provides these rights, you may object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it while a dispute is being resolved.
27. Withdrawing consentWhere processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
28. Marketing messagesIf you opt in to updates from Pink AI, every message includes an unsubscribe link. Service messages about your account or billing are sent regardless, because they are necessary.
29. ChildrenPink AI is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete the associated data.
30. Automated interactionConversations on Pink AI are generated by software. Companions are fictional characters and nothing said in a chat should be treated as professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
31. Third-party linksPages on Pink AI may link to external destinations. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies and the destination's own terms take over.
32. Do Not TrackBrowsers send Do Not Track signals in inconsistent ways and there is no agreed standard for responding to them, so Pink AI does not act on those signals.
33. Data breach handlingIf a breach affecting personal data occurs, we will investigate promptly and notify affected users and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
34. ComplaintsIf you believe Pink AI has mishandled your data, contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
35. Changes to this policyWe may revise this policy as the service develops. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use of Pink AI after a change means you accept it.
