Terms of Service for Pink AI

Last updated: 12 August 2026. These terms form the agreement between you and Pink AI. Read them before creating an account, because using the service means you accept them in full.

1. AcceptanceBy opening pinkai.run, creating an account or sending a message through the service, you agree to these terms. If any part is unacceptable to you, do not use Pink AI.
2. Definitions"Service" means the Pink AI website and companion chat. "Companion" means a fictional character you interact with. "Content" means text, images, audio and any other material available through the Service.
3. EligibilityYou confirm that you are 18 or older, legally able to enter this agreement, and not barred from using the Service under the laws that apply to you.
4. Nature of the servicePink AI provides entertainment and companionship through software-generated conversation. Companions are not real people and do not represent any real individual.
5. Not professional adviceNothing produced by a Pink AI companion is medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety advice. For anything serious, speak to a qualified professional.
6. Account creationYou must give accurate registration information and keep it current. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Account securityYou are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Acceptable useUse Pink AI lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harass others, to plan illegal activity, or in any way that damages the Service or other users.
9. Prohibited contentYou may not submit material involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence, hate, terrorism, illegal goods, or attempts to make a companion produce such material. Breach ends your access immediately.
10. ImpersonationDo not attempt to configure a companion to imitate a real, identifiable person, whether public or private, living or deceased.
11. Automated accessScraping, crawling, bulk downloading, reverse engineering and automated interaction with Pink AI are prohibited without our written permission.
12. Service integrityDo not probe, overload or interfere with our infrastructure, bypass rate limits, or circumvent any technical restriction we put in place.
13. Your contentYou keep ownership of what you write. You grant Pink AI a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you.
14. Our contentThe Pink AI name, logo, design, code, character profiles and imagery are protected. You may not copy, republish or resell them without permission.
15. Generated outputOutput from a companion is provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Similar output may be produced for other users, so exclusivity is not promised.
16. FeedbackIf you send suggestions about Pink AI, we may use them freely and without obligation or payment to you.
17. Free tierWe may offer a free level of access with limits on messages, memory or features. Those limits can change at any time.
18. SubscriptionsPaid Pink AI plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled.
19. CancellationYou can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then.
20. RefundsExcept where consumer law provides otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable, including for unused time in a period.
21. Price changesWe may change prices for future billing periods. Existing subscribers will be told before a change applies to their renewal.
22. ChargebacksRaising a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in suspension of your Pink AI account while the matter is reviewed.
23. Third-party servicesPayment, hosting and analytics are supplied by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
24. AvailabilityWe aim to keep Pink AI running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and faults can cause downtime.
25. Changes to the serviceFeatures may be added, altered or withdrawn as Pink AI develops. We will avoid removing anything central without notice where reasonably possible.
26. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other users or exposes us to legal risk, with notice where practical.
27. Your right to leaveYou may stop using Pink AI and request account deletion at any time, for any reason, without explaining yourself.
28. Disclaimer of warrantiesThe Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
29. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, Pink AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
30. IndemnityYou agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer as a result of your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.
31. PrivacyOur handling of personal data is described in the Pink AI Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
32. CommunicationsWe may contact you about your account, security, billing and material changes to the Service. These messages are not marketing and cannot be switched off.
33. Force majeureNeither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, natural events, conflict or government action.
34. AssignmentYou may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a reorganisation or sale.
35. Severability and waiverIf a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it later.
36. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes go to the competent courts there unless local consumer law says otherwise. Contact legal@pinkai.run before starting any formal action.
